Completion Supervisor (Level 3)

As a Completion Supervisor, you will manage crews of represented mechanics/technicians charged with the completion of aircraft build, systems testing, and operational check flights. Ensure company, customer, engineering, and FAA specifications and regulations are met. What You Will Be Doing Responsible for driving and adjusting as necessary work assignments to meet tactical and strategic goals.
Ensures that tasks are completed on schedule and within budget following established procedures, schedules, and work plans.
Sets priorities and job assignments, coordinates with MTE's for troubleshooting path on Avionic issues and regressions on Avionic systems. Work is reviewed for overall quality and efficiency.
Administers and executes policies and procedures that typically affect individual employees. Candidate must be flexible to work any shift based on business need. Basic Qualifications:
Experience with flight line processes &/or safety procedures Flight Line production &/or leadership experience required
Desired Skills:
Minimum four (4) years Flight Line production or leadership experience required
F-35 Maintenance Experience
ALIS, QADS, SFM, JTD experience
Clearance Level: None

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: Standard Monday to Friday 40 hour work week
