Job Description
You will support the Property Manager with tax‑credit compliance, administrative operations, resident communications, and daily property management tasks in a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
- To assist with LIHTC and RAD compliance documentation
- To support leasing, recertifications, and resident files
- To provide professional customer service to residents and applicants
- To help maintain organized records and daily office operations
- To assist with rent collection, notices, and reporting
Required Skills & Qualifications
- LIHTC and RAD program experience required
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Previous property management experience
