Job Summary:
The Billing Coordinator will process weekly billing for clients of Decca Energy. Responsibilities
include special billing requests for assigned clients and ensure our controls for accurate invoices are
met with each process.
Your Role & Responsibilities
• Manage entire billing process from balancing to sending out invoices for assigned
clients while maintaining strict deadlines.
• Oversees special billing requests such as updating billing notes, saving email
submissions, etc.
• Ensure compliance with control objectives for accuracy on invoices.
• Interact with your departmental colleagues, branch colleagues and customers as needed
to resolve invoice issues.
Preferred Education & Experience
• High school diploma or 6 months related experience

Your Work Environment (Physical Demands)
On-site in office environment. This position requires compliance for all
occupational safety and health standards, rules, and regulations. Below are a few standards specific for
this position:
• Sit or stand for long periods of time and walk short distances
• Regularly required to talk, hear, and communicate in writing
• Adjust to vision for both close and distance views
• Stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds
