Asset Management Analyst
- Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 plus bonus
- Support asset management activities for a portfolio of value-add multifamily properties.
- Analyze property-level financial performance, including operating statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance analyses.
- Assist with annual budgeting and periodic reforecasting processes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business plan execution across the portfolio.
- Review rent rolls, capital expenditure plans, and operating metrics to identify trends and risks.
- Prepare internal reporting packages and presentation materials for senior management and investors.
- Coordinate with property management, leasing, and construction teams to support operational and value-add initiatives.
- Assist with lender and investor reporting requirements.
- Support ad hoc analysis, special projects, and provide team coverage as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field preferred).
- 1–3+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, investment analysis, or a related role.
- Exposure to or strong interest in value-add multifamily real estate.
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in Dallas five days per week.
