Repair Technician
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Repair Technician to support the maintenance, repair, and installation of industrial finishing and application equipment. This role is hands-on and customer-facing, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent service both in the shop and in the field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform maintenance, repair service, and warranty repairs on paint, powder coat, sandblast, and spray foam insulation application equipment.
- Support the system installation team during on-site equipment installations.
- Provide over-the-phone and in-person troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve equipment performance issues.
- Train customers on proper equipment operation, safety, and routine maintenance.
- Assist with counter sales and customer support as needed.
- Travel to customer sites for service calls and installation support.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Mechanical, electrical, or technical background preferred.
- Experience servicing industrial equipment, spray systems, or similar machinery is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
- Willingness to travel for service and installation work.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move equipment and tools.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work with hands for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in shop, warehouse, and field environments.
