Continuous Improvement Manager
- Lead and implement Lean methodologies to increase efficiency and reduce operational waste.
- Engage teams across the organization to embed continuous improvement and Lean principles.
- Oversee multiple cross-functional improvement initiatives from planning to execution.
- Coach and train employees at all levels to develop a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze and optimize workflows to improve cycle times, standardization, and effectiveness.
- Facilitate Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Kaizen events, and other Lean exercises.
- Develop change management strategies to ensure smooth process adoption.
- Support strategic planning activities including capacity planning and capital project prioritization.
- Use Lean problem-solving tools to drive improvements in key performance indicators.
- Design and deliver Lean training programs, including Gemba walks and workshops.
- Promote a culture of open communication, professional development, and innovation.
- Collaborate with various departments during events and follow-up sessions.
- Travel up to 10%
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required (Master's preferred).
- 3+ years of experience leading Lean initiatives in manufacturing, engineering, or corporate settings.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and AutoCAD; knowledge of Minitab or similar tools is a plus.
- Comfortable balancing strategic office work with on-site operational engagement.
