Part Time Retail Store Clerk
:
Under supervision of the CCO, this representative is responsible for providing world-class service to customers visiting our retail factory store. A primary component of our continuing growth and success is a dedication to exceeding customers' expectations.
Essential Functions
Achieve high performance and a level of excellence in your customer satisfaction ratings.
- Answering the phone and addressing customer inquiries in a positive, helpful manner.
- Following protocol to assist in improving the customer's experience.
- Providing excellent communication by responding timely to e-mail inquiries, answering phone calls, and assisting customers with product questions through the completion of the sale.
- Maintaining rapid turnaround times for customer inquiries and order entry
- Solving issues that arise in the normal course of business, such as missing, incorrect, or damaged items
- Following the chain of command for problem resolution.
- Variety of additional functions inherent in small business growth.
Supervision Exercised and Received
Supervision is provided by the Sweet Shop USA's CCO and Retail Store Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
Education: High school graduate required.
Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in customer service or fulfillment center operations is desired. Experience in the food industry is a plus.
Skills: High level of integrity and solid work ethic required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written required. Internet savvy and strong computer skills preferred as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel. Excellent organization skills are required.
