Position Summary
The Senior Web Application Developer is responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining high‑quality web applications within enterprise environments. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent problem‑solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams while working independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure web applications and APIs.
- Perform thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to ensure quality and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with multiple development teams across various industries and projects.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and provide ongoing technical support.
- Produce clear, well‑structured technical documentation.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies to support continuous improvement.
- Deliver high‑quality work within established timelines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Work independently and proactively communicate progress, risks, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Extensive experience in modern web application development (front‑end and back‑end).
- Strong knowledge of frameworks, databases, and development tools (customizable to your stack).
- Proven experience working with enterprise‑level environments and distributed teams.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage projects with minimal supervision.

Education:
The employee must hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or software engineering or eight years of equivalent working experience developing web applications.
