Occupational Therapist (Travel or Local Contract, with ability to convert to Perm Placement!)

Contract Length: 13-Week Contract, with ability to convert to Perm.
Full-Time: 36 Hours per Week
Pay: $60–$65/hr
Start Date: Flexible, can start immediately!
Blue United Sourcing is actively hiring NOW for a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) at a busy Skilled Nursing Facility in Roseville, CA. This role is moving FAST — interviews are happening immediately!

Your Role
- Perform patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide OT services to short-term rehab & long-term care residents
- Document progress and outcomes accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
What We Need
- Active California OT license (OR California License in process, if endorsing from another state)
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong communication & documentation skills
