This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys helping customers identify insurance needs and recommending appropriate solutions in a fast-paced office environment.

Key Responsibilities
Develop leads and schedule customer appointments
Identify customer insurance needs and recommend suitable products
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide prompt, accurate, and professional customer service
Assist with policy inquiries, coverage questions, and account updates
Support billing, policy changes, and claims-related questions
Follow agency sales and service processes

Compensation
Base salary plus commission and performance-based bonuses

Qualifications
Property & Casualty insurance license required
