What You’ll Do:As our Patient Care Coordinator , you’ll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice that guides patients through their eye care journey. Your day-to-day will include:
- Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism, in person and over the phone.
- Managing appointments, scheduling, and patient flow efficiently.
- Assisting with insurance verification and patient intake.
- Supporting doctors and staff to ensure a seamless, high-quality patient experience.
- Keeping the front office organized and running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:- A people person with excellent communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Comfort with computers, scheduling systems, and digital records.
- Experience in a medical, dental, or eye care office (preferred but not required).
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others.
