Our Austin Texas location is currently seeking a Front Desk Receptionist/Customer Service Professional. Ideal candidates will exhibit outstanding organizational abilities, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Schedule appointments and meetings.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
• Process receiving paperwork, supplier returns, AR Payments
• Review open and partial orders daily
• Maintain sales training calendar

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Additional Information:

• This is a full-time position with a rotating 5 day work week
• Working hours rotate weekly between 8AM and 6 PM with every other Saturday being a working day (with a week day off)
