We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Representative to join our team in a hybrid remote capacity. In this client-facing role, youll support both administrative and policy management tasks, playing a critical part in ensuring a smooth, responsive experience for every policyholder. Youll work closely with brokers, commercial clients, and the internal team while enjoying the flexibility to work from home part of the week.

• Base pay: $20-$24/hour based on experience

• Deliver responsive customer service and maintain positive client relationships
• Manage client records, policy renewals, endorsements, and cancellations
• Assist with claims initiation and follow-ups
• Respond to client inquiries and schedule appointments
• Support brokers and internal teams with administrative tasks
• Conduct carrier research and policy comparisons

• An active insurance license is required
• Prior insurance or related administrative experience
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
• Confidence in using insurance and office software tools
• Positive, proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
