**Must have extensive commercial property administration experience*** Responsibilities:- Serve as front desk lead; greet visitors, manage calls, and maintain a polished, professional environment
- Track staff availability and coordinate office coverage as needed
- Keep reception and conference areas clean, organized, and fully functional
- Handle tenant and contractor requests; create and dispatch work orders in a timely manner
- Coordinate building access, security clearances, freight, and after-hours requests
- Manage courier/FedEx services and support vendor communication
- Order and maintain office, kitchen, and operational supplies
- Track certificates of insurance and ensure compliance requirements are met
- Support office operations: equipment maintenance, expense reports, and purchase orders
- Coordinate meetings, events, tours, travel, and staff activities
- Maintain files, contact lists, and tenant communications
- Assist with tenant move-ins/move-outs and general building operations
- Support managers with day-to-day administrative tasks and special projects
- Experience in commercial real estate/ property management industry required.
- People-focused, understanding the needs, perspectives, and motivations of clients and team members.
- Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
- Employment Type: Direct hire
- Compensation: $60,000-67,000 annually
