Job Description

What You'll Lead:

Step into a pivotal leadership role where your expertise will shape the future of global talent acquisition. This is more than a management position-it's a strategic opportunity to influence how talent is identified, engaged, and retained across continents.

  • Lead a high-performing team of five direct reports, while managing a trusted RPO partner. You'll be responsible for building scalable recruitment solutions that support business growth and elevate the candidate experience.
  • Drive enterprise-wide change by embedding talent acquisition into broader HR process transformation initiatives. You'll be at the forefront of change management, aligning recruitment strategy with evolving organizational goals.
  • Own and execute recruitment strategies across North America and Europe, bringing a global lens to talent planning. With 25%+ travel, you'll collaborate with international stakeholders, gain market insights firsthand, and ensure alignment across regions.

The Successful Applicant

What You Bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree is essential; advanced education is a strong advantage.
  • 10+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity, overseeing a full recruitment function.
  • Proven international recruitment experience-whether through direct overseas assignments or global TA ownership.
  • A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in organizational change, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement.
