Fulfillment Supervisor
SUMMARY:
The Fulfillment Supervisor will oversee the process of fulfilling customer orders ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Manage and train team to handle day-to-day operations meeting or exceeding company goals. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company's policies, Quality directives, and applicable laws.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage day-to-day operations of the order fulfilment team. Distribute and monitor workload ensuring orders are picked and packed with accuracy.
· Reduce costs by streamlining existent or implementing new procedures.
· Lead, direct, and develop staff to ensure resources are used effectively ensuring work schedules and targets are met.
· Collaborate and coordinate with other departments to ensure that project goals and company expectations are met.
· Analyze bottlenecks or problems and implement counter active measures.
· Actively involved in data capturing and audit programs, physical inventory, cycle counting, delivery and non-conformance material flow process.
· Investigate and determine root cause of inventory shortages/overages and make adjustments accordingly.
· Maintain forklift and pallet jack certification for self and team.
· Adhere to all Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
· Follow all required work safety practices.
· Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Held accountable for accurate, efficient, and proper execution of the fulfillment process.
· Supervise, develop, provide feedback, and coach employees.
· Responsible for employee retention, disciplinary action, and performance management.
· Ensure team members have the necessary training and tools needed to execute their job functions quickly and reliably.
· Inspire and motivate employees to complete tasks correctly and on time.
· Adhere to and enforce all required work safe practices.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.
· Ability to operate a pallet jack and forklift.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required.
· Previous experience in a fulfillment role required.
· Two (2) years' experience in a supervisory role highly desirable.
· Experience with Warehouse Management System (WMS) software.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
· Constantly (up to 10 hours) stand, walk, and use hands/fingers throughout the shift.
· Constantly (up to 10 hours) lift/carry up to 55 pounds.
· Constantly (up to 10 hours) push/pull up to 100 pounds with assistance.
