CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (LEAD)

Role: CONSTRUCTION MANAGER (LEAD)
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)
The Construction Manager serves as the primary field authority, bridging the gap between design intent and physical execution.
Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in heavy civil or vertical construction; 5+ years in a Tier 1 airport environment.
- Proven track record of managing $50M+ capital projects from mobilization through close-out.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore for schedule and budget oversight.
- Expertise in Airport operational constraints, including night-work and airfield security.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams in high-intensity stakeholder environments.
