An early-stage, venture-backed AI company is hiring a Forward Deployed Product Manager to partner directly with enterprise customers in industrial sectors. You'll translate complex operational challenges into AI-powered solutions, working closely with customers, engineers, and leadership to drive product adoption and business impact.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer engagements from discovery through implementation.
- Turn operational workflows into product requirements and AI use cases.
- Partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
- Define MVPs, success metrics, and product roadmaps.
- Drive customer adoption, pilot programs, and account growth.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Management Consulting, Enterprise Delivery, or customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience working with enterprise customers in industries such as Oil & Gas, Utilities, Energy, Chemicals, or Refining .
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments.
- Willingness to travel for customer engagements.
Nice to Have
- MBA or consulting experience (MBB preferred).
- Experience with enterprise AI implementations, digital transformation, SaaS, AI/ML, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
