Cardiothoracic Surgery Opportunity Full-Time Position Abilene, TX Employment available through a well-established local provider network.Compensation & Incentives: 18-month income guarantee of $767,007, plus a lucrative incentive program $25,000 contract execution payment, disbursed as follows:o$5,000 upon signing the contracto$15,000 upon submission of all required credentialing documentationo$5,000 after the first payroll cycle following your start dateNote: This payment is subject to repayment if employment does not commence as agreed or ends prior to the completion of a three-year term.Relocation & Training Support: Up to $20,000 in relocation and house-hunting assistance $2,000/month training stipend through the completion of your training Potential student loan repayment assistanceBenefits Package Includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance Long-term and short-term disability coverage Critical illness and life insurance Retirement plan 30 days per year of Discretionary Time Off (DTO) 18 weeks of sick leave $2,000 reimbursement for Texas medical license fees Malpractice coverage beginning on day one, including tail coverage ($1M/$3M policy limits)Professional Development: $5,000 annual CME allowance 5 paid CME days per year Marketing support to help build your presence in the community and region
