Primary practice – Commercial Litigation
In this role you will be drafting policies, advising on regulatory compliance, defending negligence claims, litigating non-compete disputes, managing large property loss claims, and assisting with commercial disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducting thorough legal research to analyze complex legal issues and develop strategies for client representation.
- Providing legal advice and counsel to clients on various matters, including regulatory compliance, litigation strategy, and contractual agreements.
- Representing clients in civil and administrative proceedings, including defending against negligence claims, litigating non-compete disputes, and handling construction defect claims.
- Drafting and reviewing a range of legal documents, such as hospital policies and procedures, employment agreements, and regulatory compliance plans.
- Advising clients on compliance with health care regulations, labor laws, and other governmental agency requirements.
- Managing a caseload of claims, including large-scale property loss lawsuits and third-party liability claims.
