Bilingual Agency Support Representative
Salary: $25.80 per hour/$52,000 annually

% additional differential for bilingual skillset

• $1,000 Completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)

You'll be the first contact for agents and their customers: answering coverage and underwriting questions, supporting policy changes, and providing troubleshooting support for both sales and service functions. Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be fluent in BOTH English and Spanish
• In office position -must commute to: 1011 Galatyn Pkwy, Richardson, TX 75082
• Minimum of 1 year Customer Service experience is required
• Entrepreneurial experience or professional office experience
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to listen actively and present complex information clearly
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent, college degree or currently pursuing preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active P&C Producer License
• 2 or more years of customer service experience
• Commercial Insurance customer service experience
• Associates Degree
