Overview We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a keen attention to detail, ensuring smooth office operations. This role is pivotal in managing daily activities, enhancing productivity, and providing exceptional support to both staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Transcribe meeting notes and other documents accurately.
- Manage phone systems, including answering calls, directing inquiries, and taking messages.
- Oversee office management tasks such as maintaining supplies and equipment.
- File documents systematically to ensure easy retrieval and organization.
- Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain accurate records
- Utilize computer literacy skills to operate various software applications for administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience is not neccesary in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures.
- Proficiency in using phone systems and computer applications.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. English and Spanish
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities.

Pay: $12.00 - $12.75 per hour
