Administrative Professional
- Maintain excellent customer service.
- Organize work requirements with spreadsheets.
- Maintain Liaison with case managers.
- Conduct Financial Assessments.
- Assist Eligibility Specialist as needed.
- Assist with other duties as required and assigned as needed.
- A primary work responsibility is coordinating the many functions of the front desk at the Bosque County office including oversight of the front desk service while maintaining excellent customer service.
- The individual will ensure timely completion of all treatment plans, ANSA’s, FA’s and diagnostic updates required in the Regional Adult Case Management area.
- This individual will also conduct financial assessments and monitor the compliance of this activity with the front desk staff.
- This position will also assist with the Consumer Eligibility Specialist department offering clerical assistance as needed.
- Must have experience performing administrative support work such as ordering office supplies, manage schedules and calendars, answering phones, and handling mail.
- One (1) year of related work experience preferred.
- Additional consideration given to those with experience in working with the mentally disabled consumers.
- Spanish speaking preferred.
- Familiarity with Medicaid and private insurance is preferred but not required.
Graduation from a standard senior high school or GED.
and/or Associate's Degree KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Knowledge of generally accepted professional office practices.
The ability to interact with consumers in a professional manner while keeping customer service a priority.
Must have excellent computer skills and knowledge.
Ability and work with staff and the ability to communicate effectively both written and oral, face to face, and through phone contacts.
Ability to enhance a professional working relationship with organizations as well as Center staff.
Must be able to meet the essential requirement of regular dependable attendance.
Ability to learn about and implement trauma-informed care practices within the scope of work for the position.
Must have and maintain a level of general health that permits the performance of the job duties and ability to maintain regular attendance as set forth in center policies and procedures.
Must be able to successfully participate, perform, and complete the skills required for CPR, First Aid, and PMAB certification.
Physical ability to sit for extended periods working at a computer, lifting up to 15 pounds, and some stooping, bending and kneeling required.
