Programmer Analyst Supervisor

: Overview: Responsible for analyzing and developing business requirements, defining and implementing enterprise solution specifications, and executing unit tests to meet organizational goals with an emphasis on deliverable quality. Identifies, defines, and implements business solutions, focusing on benefits for business units and establishing metrics. Works with technical leaders to define solutions according to established IS&T standards and strategies. Supports and/or resolves production issues. Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems with a minimum of five years of experience in programming enterprise solutions in web environments and relational database management.
• At least one year of experience in writing requirements during the analysis phase using methodologies and best practices.
• Experience with Web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, XML, XPATH, Web Services, etc.), designing and implementing information system solutions in high-transaction distributed environments, and information systems design and implementation using an object-oriented programming language (Java, C#) following J2EE Design Patterns.
• Familiarity with version control tools, Oracle and MSSQL databases, and J2EE platform and application servers.
• Recent courses in Systems Analysis and Design. Ability to learn new techniques and technology independently.
• Insurance industry experience preferred. Basic knowledge of the company's business lines and products.
• Ability to handle multiple organizational projects of varying complexity simultaneously, make decisions under pressure in a dynamic environment, work in a team, and possess excellent interpersonal and public service skills. Leadership, proactivity, and empowerment in work situations are required.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) with the ability to read, write, and speak in both languages. Excellent communication skills at different organizational levels
