We are looking to an experienced Powder Coater Rosenberg TX at our powder coating manufacturing facility. The best candidate will have at least 3 years experience as a powder coater, Spanish/English bilingual is a plus, and can start ASAP.

Night Shift Powder Coaters Rosenberg TX Job duties:

• Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings onto surfaces for protection and aesthetic enhancement
• Prepare workpieces for coating by cleaning, degreasing, and masking as necessary
• Load and unload workpieces onto powder coating equipment, ensuring proper positioning and secure attachment
• Adjust powder coating guns, air pressure, and powder flow to achieve desired coverage and finish
• Inspect coated surfaces for uniformity, adhesion, and defects, making adjustments as needed
• Maintain and troubleshoot powder coating equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
• Clean and maintain work area, including disposal of unused powder and waste in accordance with regulations
• Coordinate with team members and supervisors to prioritize workflow and meet production schedules
• Document coating parameters and inspection results for quality control and recordkeeping purposes.

• Must Be Clean Shaven for respirator fitment!!!!!!
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings (hair follicle)

Location: Rosenberg TX

Schedule: Monday – Friday 1:30 pm – 9 pm

Pay: $22-$24
