Job Description:

In this role, you will maintain and improve the functionality of the infrastructure and operational environments that support Vizient’s information technology environment. You will support both internal and external customers, evaluating applicable requirements to provide appropriate technical specifications and solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Understand applicable requirements for routine situations to assist in maintaining routine application solutions.
• Address user tickets regarding all aspects of application administration.
• Assist with providing guidance to customers with configuring applications.
• Manage the testing and administration of applications.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional.
• Report customer feedback and potential product requests.
• Help create technical documentation and manuals.
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and provide suggestions for improvement.
• Continually drive towards improvement of Vizient’s enterprise application ecosystem.
• Educate, train and assist team members

Minimum Qualifications:

• Relevant degree preferred.
• 5 or more years of relevant experience, preferably with progressive IT experience in application administration.
• Tier 3 level troubleshooting support experience preferred.
• Experience with enterprise application administration.
• Advanced understanding of Elasticsearch/Kibana.
• Effective communication skills.
• Experience with PowerShell, Python and/or Java.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $155,500.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
