Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of drywall projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee drywall construction projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.
• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules while monitoring progress and performance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Address any issues or changes in project scope promptly and effectively.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to management and clients.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 5 of experience in drywall or commercial construction project management.
• Strong understanding of drywall installation processes, materials, and safety requirements.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong leadership abilities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
