Business Developer / Program Coordinator

: J Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to serve in a dual capacity as Business Developer / Program Coordinator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of relationship-building and operational execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating growth opportunities while also managing the logistics and implementation of key programs. Key Responsibilities: Business Development (50%) ? Identify and pursue funding, sponsorships, and partnership opportunities aligned with organizational goals. ? Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, donors, community leaders, and stakeholders. ? Develop proposals, pitch decks, and outreach materials to support fundraising and business initiatives. ? Track and report on business development metrics and pipeline activity. ? Represent the organization at networking events, meetings, and community forums. ? Collaborate with the marketing team to promote programs and initiatives. Program Coordination (50%) ? Plan, implement, and oversee assigned programs and initiatives from start to finish. ? Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, communication with participants, materials preparation, and vendor coordination. ? Monitor program effectiveness through participant feedback, data tracking, and outcome analysis. ? Support program budgets, track expenses, and ensure alignment with funder requirements. ? Prepare regular reports for internal leadership and external partners or funders. ? Serve as the main point of contact for program participants, facilitators, and community partners. Qualifications: ? Bachelor?s degree ? 1+ years of experience in business development, fundraising, or sales and/or program coordination. ? Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage a variety of stakeholders. ? Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and relationships simultaneously. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; CRM or donor management systems is a plus. ? Demonstrated commitment to community development, social impact, or nonprofit mission work. Key Competencies: ?
