BDC Call Center Agent
College Station Ford is seeking a highly motivated and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a BDC - Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information, and assisting customers with their needs whether for Sales or Service needs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and will be expected to provide each customer with an exceptional customer experience. We have devoted ourselves to helping and serving our customers to the best of our ability. We know that our employees are the most vital piece in making that goal obtainable. As a BDC Call Center Specialist, you have the opportunity to assist our customers as they begin their car buying experience or are looking for assistance with servicing their current vehicle. We personalize this experience to how the customer prefers to purchase their new vehicle either online, over the phone, through texting, and in person. You will be interacting with hundreds of customers that begin their experience online or by direct phone calls looking to start their car buying process. You will work with these customers together with our sales team and managers in providing the best in high quality customer service. The goal is to create an exceptional experience with every customer you interact with and to build customer loyalty to College Station Ford.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via telephone, email, and other communication channels
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services for bathe the Sales and Service Departments
- Assist customers in resolving issues and complaints and/or directing them to the right
- Process orders and payments in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to track customer interactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Setting and achieving targeted goals focused on driving customer traffic from the internet into the dealership.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in BDC / customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Proficiency with computers and various software applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
- Strong Attention to Detail
- Proven ability to provide exceptional customer experience
Schedule:
- 5-Day Work Week (Some Saturdays required)
