Part-Time Lifestyle Reporter/Correspondent
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Your Community: The Lifestyle Reporter/Correspondent will work hand in hand with our sales team, highlighting local business, events and connect with viewers across El Paso, TX and Las Cruces, NM.
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our talented Daytime producer and sales team to craft compelling segments that engage and inspire our audience.
- Digital Contributions: Write articles for kfoxtv.com and create promotional content for our social media platforms.
- A self-starter capable of generating original story ideas.
- Creativity in storytelling , encompassing writing, reporting, and editing.
- Strong communication skills , both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in social media content creation.
- Excellent interviewing skills , with the ability to make guests feel at ease during appearances.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with Daytime Producer, Marketing Consultants and guests to prepare for segments.
- Proven on-air experience in a broadcasting environment. ( Preferred but not required)
- Team Orientation: A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team setting.
