VP of Technical Operations

You will partner closely with the CEO and other leaders to shape strategy and deliver results, overseeing multiple divisions, including compliance, deployment, support and infrastructure. • Provide strategic leadership across technical and operational divisions
• Develop and execute operational strategies supporting growth, safety, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements in the gaming sector
• Lead project management for customer implementations, equipment specification, installations, and system support
• Drive continuous improvements in manufacturing, integration, and technical operations
• Oversee IT, network, and security infrastructure with a focus on uptime and system scalability
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing culture
• Create and mentor multidisciplinary teams with a strong people-centric focus
• Act as a trusted advisor on operational and strategic decisions

The ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of gaming specific experience, preferably in a B2B environment
• Highly collaborative, customer focused with demonstrated experience leading, mentoring and scaling teams strategically
• Hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or related fields; with 10+ years in operational leadership
• Demonstrate experience with process improvement, regulatory frameworks, and high-growth environments
