Helpdesk Technician
Job Description: Helpdesk Technician at CompuGroup Medical
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Respond to help desk tickets and troubleshoot problems efficiently.
- Document all support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues.
Essential Qualifications:
- of a degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Proven experience in technical support and help desk assistance.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and ticketing systems.
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Experience in providing help desk support in a healthcare environment is a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
