Chief Operating Officer (COO) – Tech-Forward Hospitality & Real Estate Company
We are seeking a world-class Chief Operating Officer (COO) with a proven track record of scaling companies and building high-performance operations. This is a career-defining opportunity to partner with a visionary founder and help transform a fast-growing hospitality/real estate company into a tech-enabled, AI-driven industry leader.
Many of our house cleaners are hispanic with Spanish as primary language. It's not required that the COO candidate speaks Spanish but this would be helpful so they can lead group calls with cleaners and create better team chemistry.Â
What You’ll Do

• Scale Operations – Take our company from its current stage to the next level of growth, installing systems that allow us to scale seamlessly across multiple properties and markets.
• Build Teams – Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across operations, guest experience, finance, and technology.
• Implement Systems & KPIs – Establish data-driven dashboards, accountability frameworks, and reporting structures that ensure efficiency and transparency.
• Drive Tech & AI Adoption – Leverage cutting-edge software and AI tools to optimize guest experience, pricing, forecasting, and operational efficiency.
• Financial Leadership – Work with ownership to set budgets, improve margins, and increase profitability while maintaining best-in-class service standards.
• Strategic Growth – Partner with the CEO/Founder on acquisitions, partnerships, and new market expansion, ensuring that execution matches vision.
• Culture & Leadership – Build a culture of innovation, integrity, and excellence while being a stabilizing “Integrator” to the Founder’s visionary leadership.

Who You Are

• Proven Builder – You’ve successfully scaled a company from early or mid-stage to a significantly larger enterprise (e.g., 50 → 200 employees, or $10M → $50M+ revenue).
• Tech-Savvy Operator – You embrace technology and have implemented systems that leverage automation, data analytics, and AI to drive results.
• Hospitality/Real Estate Experience – Background in hospitality, short-term rentals, multifamily, hotels, or other real estate-related industries is strongly preferred.
• Strategic & Tactical – You think big but also roll up your sleeves to get things done.
• People Leader – You know how to hire, develop, and retain top talent, and you’ve built strong management teams.
• Data-Driven – You make decisions based on numbers, KPIs, and performance metrics — not gut feel.
• AI-Inspired – Excited about how AI will shape the future of operations, marketing, pricing, and customer experience, and eager to lead a company through that evolution.
