SearchPlus HR is seeking a highly experienced Cardiac Electrophysiology Senior Consultant to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this senior role, you will lead the diagnosis, management, and treatment of complex cardiac arrhythmias, utilizing your advanced expertise in electrophysiology to provide exemplary patient care.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing electrophysiological procedures, mentoring junior medical staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative treatment plans. Your leadership and in-depth knowledge will be instrumental in advancing cardiac care and improving patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead comprehensive evaluation and management of patients with cardiac rhythm disorders.
• Perform, supervise, and interpret complex electrophysiological studies and interventions including catheter ablations and device implantations.
• Provide expert consultation on challenging cases and contribute to clinical decision-making processes.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior consultants and medical staff.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design personalized treatment plans.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in cardiac electrophysiology and incorporate best practices into care.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to scholarly publications.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree with specialization in Cardiology and advanced training in Cardiac Electrophysiology.
• Board certification as a Cardiac Electrophysiologist.
• Extensive experience managing complex cardiac arrhythmias and performing advanced electrophysiological procedures.
• Proven leadership skills with experience mentoring junior medical staff.
• Excellent clinical judgement and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration and patient management.
• Commitment to continuous professional development and active involvement in research.
