Senior Digital Transformation Consultant

Seeking a High-Impact Consultant – VP-Level Digital Transformation Leader

We’re looking for a true “been there, done that” consultant who can step into a global digital transformation initiative and deliver from day one. This isn’t a role for someone who wants to “learn on the job” — we need a proven leader who has successfully built and rolled out enterprise-wide project management systems and can drive results at speed.

The Mission:
Lead the strategy, design, and rapid deployment of an integrated, automated project management ecosystem across global operations. You’ll work with Finance, Engineering, Operations, and IT to standardize processes, integrate systems, and give leadership real-time visibility into performance and profitability.

What You’ll Be Driving:

• Execute a global digital transformation roadmap for project management.

• Integrate ERP, CRM, and PM tools (P6, NAV, Power BI, DeepIQ, Data Lakehouse).

• Automate forecasting, cost tracking, change management, and reporting.

• Establish governance frameworks, project controls standards, and executive dashboards.

• Lead change management to ensure adoption across business units and regions.

You’re the Right Fit If You:

• Have 15+ years leading enterprise-scale project management transformations (oil & gas, energy services, or EPCM experience a plus).

• Have successfully designed and delivered integrated project systems across multiple regions/business units.

• Are fluent in Primavera P6, ERP systems, Power BI, and advanced analytics platforms.

• Thrive on speed, complexity, and accountability — you know how to move the needle fast without sacrificing quality.

• Are comfortable operating at both strategic and hands-on execution levels.
