REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years’ experience in Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (intermediate)
• Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat Pro (intermediate)
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Experience in nonprofit or healthcare finance
• Familiarity with reconciliation processes
• Strong organizational and multitasking ability
COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE
- $20/hr
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm

ROLE IMPACT
- Ensures accurate and timely entry of financial transactions
- Success is measured by the speed and accuracy of data processing and ability to maintain clean receivables records for reporting and audits
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform heavy data entry of receivables and related financial transactions
• Support reconciliation processes and ledger maintenance
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams to resolve discrepancies
• Assist with document management and internal reporting

• Internal financial software (training provided)
