We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to lead and oversee our customer support department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the support team, optimizing service procedures, and ensuring exceptional client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Supervise and guide the customer support team to maintain high performance standards
Develop and implement effective customer service procedures and policies
Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions
Analyze customer feedback and generate reports to improve support strategies
Monitor performance metrics and establish improvement plans
Collaborate with other departments to align support goals with overall business objectives
Recruit, train, and evaluate support staff as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
3+ years of experience in customer support management or similar roles
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
Proficient in customer service software and support tools
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively under pressure
