Responsible for assisting the file room representative with the maintenance of paper documents that are maintained by the organization. Assists with retrieving records as needed and ensure system is well organized. Maintains the integrity of the confidential records stored in the file room.

What You'll Do:

• Pull the backlog of closed indirect loan contracts and prepares them for Iron Mountain storage.

• Update ANET tracking records for files sent to Iron Mountain.

• Check files at regular intervals to ensure all items are correctly sequenced and placed.

• Respond to internal staff requests for files or documentation located in the file room.

• Complete Processing Management projects within required timelines.

• Provide backup support for various Processing Management duties as needed.

• Cultivate a positive, respectful, and collaborative culture across the organization—fostering strong relationships among staff, departments, branches, and external partners. Champions a caring and inclusive environment for both employees and members, aligned with the Credit Union’s mission and values.

Requirements

This internship requires no previous experience; however, current enrollment in high school, college, or trade school is required.

This role will travel between our Corporate Office (10000 North Central Expressway, Dallas, TX 75309) and our Remote Offices Center (100 E Royal Lane, Suite 300, Irving, TX 75309), depending on assignment. Length of employment is June-August.

Compensation range is $16 per hour.
