Seasonal Bartender for Cactus Oak Tavern

Schedule Requirements: MUST be available to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends and holidays. 3-5 shifts a week and is a seasonal role.
Role
This position primarily serves as a Bartender in our Cactus Oak Tavern located next to our Golf Pro Shop. The ideal candidate is energetic, guest focused, and skilled in creating memorable experiences for resort guests.
Bartenders are responsible for providing libations and offering customized recommendations. The right person should be familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards, with a focus on maintaining an attractive bar. This position offers opportunity for casual conversation, creativity and allows for building on one's style and previous bartending experiences. Preferred candidates will have understanding of state and local serving guidelines.

Qualifications

Prior bartending/serving experience preferred
Refined verbal communications skills
A true desire to satisfy the needs of others
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a flexible schedule during the week, including weekends
Ability to work 3-5 shifts per work
