What You'll Do

• Understand and navigate market, competitor, and customer dynamics to ensure market share and sales goals are met
• Work with customers to better understand the business needs and goals
• Lead and motivate team to execute excellent customer service
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to enhance loyalty
• Ensure the territory pricing is properly maintained in SAP

What You'll Need

• 2 or more years of sales experience required
• Steel industry experience is preferred
• Strong level of commitment to customer satisfaction and relationship development
• Excellent negotiation and leadership skills
• Capacity to manage employees without having direct daily supervision
• High ethical behavior, unquestionable integrity and character
• Strong ability to lead and guide decision making

Your Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in area of specialty preferred
• High School Diploma or GED required
