Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented RMA Associate to support our electronics manufacturing shipping/ receiving department. This role involves inspecting and processing returned units (RMA), ensuring product quality, and assisting with packaging as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect returned electronic units after testing for quality and functionality
- Scan incoming units for issues such as arc damage, bus bar scratches, and other visible defects
- Accurately document findings and ensure proper handling of damaged items
- Assist with packaging and shipping tasks when required
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- Previous quality inspection or manufacturing experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow procedures and meet production standards
- Basic computer/scanning skills a plus
- Team player with a reliable work ethic
