Head Chef
Head Chef (UT Campus)
We re looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead a fast-paced kitchen serving the UT campus.
If you're organized, passionate about food, and enjoy leading a team in a high-volume environment, we'd love to hear from you. We are looking for a seasoned chef. Applicants should submit a resume and professional references for consideration. A cover letter is a big plus!

ResponsibilitiesPlan breakfast, lunch, and dinner menus
Lead preparation and service for lunch and dinner
Order and manage inventory through Sysco and other food vendors
Maintain smooth daily kitchen operations
Run occasional errands to pick up any missing ingredients
Work collaboratively with staff to keep service running efficiently
Requirements
Experience managing a high-volume kitchen
Strong meal planning and organization skills
Familiarity with food ordering and vendor management
Reliable transportation for occasional ingredient pick-ups
Team-oriented attitude and positive leadership style
