What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Partner with Talent Partners and business leaders to assess leadership capability needs, identify gaps, and recommend targeted development solutions aligned with Synopsys’ talent strategy.
  • Serve as a strategic consultant and trusted advisor on leadership effectiveness, readiness, and development pathways across global leader populations.
  • Design, evolve, and manage enterprise leadership development experiences—including manager fundamentals, academies, and cohort-based programs—grounded in adult learning principles.
  • Lead and support the deployment of leadership initiatives across regions and functions, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impactful execution.
  • Collaborate with facilitators, vendors, and Talent COE colleagues to deliver engaging learning experiences, manage program materials, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
  • Synthesize data and insights to inform program design, define success measures, and continuously improve the impact of leadership development investments.
  • Facilitate workshops, cohorts, and learning experiences that foster inclusion, reflection, and real-world application for leaders at all levels.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, execution-focused culture within the Leadership Development team and the broader Talent Center of Excellence.

  • Support leaders in navigating complexity, leading growth, and enhancing employee engagement across the organization.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8–10+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, organizational development, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated success designing and delivering leadership development solutions in complex, global, or matrixed organizations.
  • Strong consulting and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and navigate ambiguity with sound judgment.
  • Experience facilitating leadership learning experiences for managers through senior-leader populations.
  • Proven ability to leverage data and insights to inform decisions, measure impact, and continuously improve programs.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working in dynamic, innovation -driven environments and maintaining focus on execution and outcomes.
  • Preferred: Experience in technology or innovation-driven organizations, exposure to global leadership programs, and familiarity with Talent Center of Excellence or enterprise HR functions.
