Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR/Operating Room
- Provide direct and personalized care to patients in the operating room
- Assist in setting up OR equipment, including ortho beds and robots
- Collaborate with surgical team during procedures such as general surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, trauma, neurosurgery, spine, ENT, and bariatrics
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using MEDITECH EMR
- Ensure adherence to sterile techniques and safety protocols
Requirements of the RN - OR/Operating Room
- RN license
- CST certification
- BLS certification
- Experience in operating room settings with a high-energy, motivated personality
