Do you have the right skill set to successfully handle the day-to-day duties of the Accounting function and Human Resources function for a well-established machine shop? High Tech Machine is currently recruiting for an Accounting/HR Manager. This position allows you to enjoy the variety offered between managing Accounting and Human Resources along with general Office Management.

As an ISO 9001 certified company, High Tech Machine provides reliable, quality machining and innovative, custom prototypes and solutions for Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Mining, Marine and other industries Worldwide. Quality and Safety are top priorities at HTM.

The top priorities as the Accounting Manager include:

· Recording and Processing Transactions

· Full cycle Accounts Payable and Receivable

· Bank Reconciliation

· Filing and Record Keeping

· Data Entry and Analysis

As the Human Resources Manager your priorities will be:

· Payroll and Benefits administration

· Record Keeping

· Recruitment Support

· Onboarding

· General HR Support

· Data Management

· Compliance

· Overall Office Management
