Project Coordinator

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator at Euronet Worldwide, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating various projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the client's expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion
• Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
• Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and changes
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and presentations
• Provide support and guidance to team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Conduct post-project evaluations and identify lessons learned

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience as a Project Coordinator, preferably in the financial or technology industry
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and vendors simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with a focus on execution and customer satisfaction.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
