Jr. Legal Assistant – Estate Planning
A growing mid-sized law firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support attorneys in either litigation or transactional practice areas. This position is ideal for a junior-level legal professional looking to continue developing their legal career in a collaborative and fast-paced environment. The role offers a hybrid work schedule with both in-office and remote work flexibility.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience working in a law firm as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or similar legal support role
- Exposure to litigation and/or transactional legal work preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal document management systems
- Familiarity with e-filing systems is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professionalism and strong client-service skills
