Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 19.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday)

• Operate CNC machines to produce precision components used in energy and perforating systems.
• Assist with machine setup, tool changes, and part inspections.
• Ensure all parts meet quality and safety standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Machine Operator Qualifications:

• Ability to read documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with supervisor and co-workers.
• Ability to operate a band saw.
• Ability to operate CNC lathes. Ability to operate proprietary and traditional laser cutting equipment.
• Able to operate a forklift.
• Must possess the ability to operate hand tools and powered hand tools.
• Knowledge of general computer programs including Microsoft Office products, e-mail and the Internet.
• Operate office equipment including fax machine, telephone, copier and postage meter.
• Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.
• Ability to perform these operations using units of weight measurement, volume, and distance.
• Ability to calculate with the use of fractions and/or decimal system.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
