Director, Performance and App Marketing

About the team and the role:
The tech real estate space is highly competitive and we're building a world class marketing team to continue to grow Realtor.com 's usage with consumers on both mobile and web. This role will lead our paid mobile and app strategy working closely with product and run performance marketing channels across Meta and more.
Our App and Performance marketing team builds our acquisition strategy and executes media across Google platforms, Apple, display, social, and many more. At Realtor.com we put data science and analytics at the center of our marketing and advertising strategy. This team will work closely with analytics and data to shape our success with our paid media.
What you'll be doing:
- Inspire and led our performance marketing team of marketing managers and analysts to meet our revenue and consumer growth goals across APP and Web
- Set and execute our marketing vision with the Realtor.com App. Build and execute consumer acquisition strategies for app downloads and activating users on mobile
- Work closely with our app product team to build and support a unified marketing and product strategy
- Lead our visual performance marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, social, display, and others
- Regularly update Realtor.com executive team on marketing performance and growth opportunities
- Manage agency relationships and partners
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and up to 10 years related experience and 5-7 years of management experience
- 10 years experience in growth, performance marketing, strategy, or paid media
- Quantitative experience working with business and performance analyticsDemonstrate intellectual curiosity and interest in solving problems, particularly using data to help answer somewhat nebulous questions
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment with an ability to change direction and meet deadlines
