Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Developer to support our ongoing ERP analytics and reporting efforts. This role focuses on developing Oracle-based applications and reports that align with business goals, ensuring efficient data delivery and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle PL/SQL, analytics platforms, and cloud-based data environments, and will be comfortable working both remotely and onsite during scheduled visits.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop Oracle database solutions using PL/SQL and SQL to support application and reporting needs.
• Create database objects (e.g., tables, views, procedures) optimized for performance and scalability.
• Actively collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver user stories and analytics features in an agile environment.
• Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and planning sessions with stakeholders; travel on-site to Austin, TX, as required.
• Develop and validate reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as:
• Oracle Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW)
• Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Translate business needs into technical deliverables and implement reporting solutions accordingly.
• Identify and resolve data issues and system defects related to reporting tools.
• Document technical and functional aspects of all solutions to ensure continuity and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle-based application and analytics development .
• Expertise in PL/SQL , SQL tuning, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with cloud data warehouses and modern BI platforms .
• Experience with tools such as Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) , ADW , and FDI .
• Proficiency in agile methodologies and Jira for work tracking.
• Prior experience in consulting or contractor roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders both remotely and in-person.
• Must be based in the United States and legally authorized to work without sponsorship .
• Willingness to travel biweekly to Austin, TX for in-person collaboration.
